Shipping? We charge a flat rate of $15 for each piece to cover shipping, handling, and insurance. Each piece is double wrapped and double boxed and shipped via UPS or USPS.
When will my order ship? Work typically ships within 5 business days after an order is placed. A tracking number is emailed out with every order. If you need the order more quickly, do let us know and we will try to expedite it.
Can I pick up my order? If you would like to pick your order up at my home in south Austin, use the coupon code “Curbside” for free shipping and email me at info@margarethenkels.com so we can arrange a time.
